Property- Types
A
In general, there are two types of property: Real and Personal.
1. Real property is land, buildings, and structures attached to the land.
2. Personal items are all other items, including tangible and intangible items.
a. Examples of tangible personal property would include automobiles.
b. Examples of intangible personal property would include patents, goodwill, and copyrights.
