Two senators are chosen from each state by the people of the state. If a vacancy occurs during the 6 year term, the state should hold an election to fill the seat.

Women are now allowed to vote

Sets a limit on the number of times a president could be elected -two four-year terms

V.P becomes President due to death or resignation.
