Amendment 1
Freedom of speech, press, and religion; right to petition the government or peaceably assemble
Amendment 2
Right to bear arms shall not be infringed (well-regulated militia)
Amendment 3
No quartering of troops in times of peace

No search/seizure without a warrant/probable cause
Amendment 5
No self-incrimination, no double-jeopardy, entitlement to grand jury, due process, eminent domain
