First amendment (formal)
Bill of rights
Freedom is speech, religion, assembly, petition, and press.
Second amendment (informal)
Right to bear arms
Must have a license, background check, must have permit for concealed weapon, no automatic assault weapons.
3rd amendment
No quartering of troops

Search and seizure
Must have a warrant to search your house
5th amendment
