1st Amendment
Protects the right of individual citizens to keep and bear arms. Establishes a militia that is necessary for a free state
(TO bear arms) 2nd Amendment
Prohibits soldiers form temporarily residing (quartering) in private homes during peacetime without getting the permission and consent of the owner.
3d Amendment (no quartering TROOPS)
protects peoples right to privacy, prohbaits unreasonalble and seizures by the government
4th ( FOR a search warrent)
No person tried with out the grand jury indictment or punished twice for the same offense. prohibits being a witness against yourslef and guarantees
5th ( you have the RIGHT to remian quite)
rights of accused in criminal cases, including legal repersentations and fair and speedy trial
6th (Rights Of Accused In Criminal Cases)
Guarentees a trial by jury,
7th ( TRAIL BY)
Insures that punishment for crimes are not excussive, crule, or unusal.
Execessive (8th)
People retain rights not listed in the United states constitution
PEOPLES RIGHTS (9th)
Power not given by the vederal government is given to the people or states (very importiant government.)
10th (STATE RIGHTS
indivisals cannot sue a state in federal courts.

meaning they can not sue them in a different country.
repeals part of artical 2, section 1, of the constitution. Electoral collage must cast seperate ballots for president and vice precedent. In 1800 there was difficulty when thomas jefferson and Aaron Burr recived the same amount of votes in the electoral college even though electores meant Burrs votes, for vice president, the election had to the house of representitives, where jeffeson won, thanks to the support from Alexian der hameltion. this helps explain why Hameltion and Burr leter dueled and hameltion was killed.
