repeals part of artical 2, section 1, of the constitution. Electoral collage must cast seperate ballots for president and vice precedent. In 1800 there was difficulty when thomas jefferson and Aaron Burr recived the same amount of votes in the electoral college even though electores meant Burrs votes, for vice president, the election had to the house of representitives, where jeffeson won, thanks to the support from Alexian der hameltion. this helps explain why Hameltion and Burr leter dueled and hameltion was killed.
