Thyroid, sub-mandibular glands, carotid arteries, lumps and bumps

A
T1: Grey matter appears dark
T2: Reversed, bright CSF

What do we see in an angiogram of a carotid body tumour?
A
Venous blood exiting the extremely vascular tumour

What is a Juvenile angiofibroma? What do you have to be careful of?
A
A benign, aggressive tumour seen mainly in adolescent males. A biopsy is disastorous

A
With thin slice CT scans (due to the complicated bony anatomy)
