Hello!
After doing research on Bordeaux yields I’ve discovered that the INAO resource and most public facing info about them are from an INAO document dating to 1987. There have been significant updates to yield requirements since then, especially in 2020 when production was cut back due to high global supplies of Bordeaux (over –>)

In any case, the WSET is going to test us on what’s in the book, not what’s in the ether (despite how much they say to bring in other information in their specification). As such, I’ve included the WSET info for the card AND the 1987 INAO rules that are on Wikipedia and elsewhere.
Sorry for the back-and-forth. Italy will be finished soon and California will be started thereafter.
