- Temp – temperature (C) – 37C – fever is 38 or above. Hyperthermia at 40 or above and hypothermic at 35 and below
- SpO2 – oxygen saturation (%) – healthy is between 96% and 99%
- BM – blood glucose level (mmol/l - millimole/litre ) – 4.0-5.4mmol/l before meals. Up to 7.8mmol/l after meals

What are some of the colour changes?
A
- It can help find problems that need treated, such as infections or kidney problems
- It can find serious illnesses in early stages:
- Kidney disease
- Diabetes
- Liver disease

What results may an infected urine sample indicate?
A
- Increased WBC number may indicate infection or inflammation somewhere in the urinary tract
- Glucose increase may be a sign of diabetes
