Q

Corporate Social Responsibility

A

This means that the business undertakes to protect the environment by reducing waste, like fast food businesses that now use paper and cardboard around its food. The business also looks to pay its staff fairly above legal requirements and can have a sale and flexible work hours that can be family-friendly.

The business is soundly responsible to its customers, the items are at a fair price and fit for purpose. This may mean that as a food item it could have a warning that it has dairy products and/or tree nuts in it.
