2) Age: women >40yo have 30x times the risk for women <20 yo
3) HTN: 13x increase in incidence of myocardial infarction. 8x risk of heart failure
4) Obesity (pre-pregnancy): increases risk, especially if associated with OSA. in UK 60% of deaths were in overweight/obese women.
