It is a specific technique of making masks that can hold electric charges to restrict the entry of infections without any external power

TriboE electricity generation — Generation of electricity /charges through friction

Explain the process
A
It has 3 layers - Nylon layer sandwiched between 2 Polyrpopylene layers.
Now these 2 non conducting layers rub against each other to generate charges
This electric field is quite strong at proximity and is efficient in deactivating or even killing germs
