What can cause hoarseness of voice?
Transient inflammation of vocal cords
Tumour of vocal cords
Recurrent laryngeal nerve palsy -> bronchial carcinoma
What drugs may be causing a respiratory condition?
ACEi - Cough
Beta blockers - Wheeze
Oestrogens - Embolism
Amiodarone - Fibrotic lung change
