- ME or assistant
- Comptroller or assistant
- DA or assistant
- Judicial Officers

Desk Officer will supervise:
CAPT+, admin I EDP
- Command Clerk
- Attendant (Police): ensure there not assigned to duties requiring them to leave cell while prisoners are lodged therein.
- Patrol wagon Operator
- T/S Operator: ensure CMOS assigned when feasible, or restricted/limited UMOS if necessary.
- (+) APO: In conjunction with Ops. Coord.

Who prepares DVAS, and how often? Where is it maintained?
- Desk Officer each tour
- Maintained at desk for current month and completed sheets filed each month
Who visits all areas of the command facility? How often? Explain the process
-Desk Officer visits at least once each tour
a) Personally check all restrooms + locker rooms for any structural effects that would permit visual access. Take immediate corrective action.
b) Inspect command for display of any offensive material
c) Ensure that all areas containing department computer system are being
used within department guidelines and not damaged
Who inspects all parking facilities + streets/sidewalks around the command to ensure ____. Record the results in ____
- Desk Officer to ensure there are no department vehicle or vehicle displaying Restricted Parking Permit are parked illegally or with equipment violations.
- C/L entry and corrective action if necessary
Who records adjustment/post changes as they occur? Record in… and notify:

A) Notify T/S Operator of all post changes
B) Notify P.S. of reassignment of members returning from court or other details

C.O.
Desk Officer: Concerning trends observed or other matters of importance, confer with:
- C.O./X.O.
- Ops. Coordinator
If AVL is not functioning, Desk Officer notify:
-ITB and P.S. (Telephone Record)
Major incidents and/or special circumstances deemed appropriate by C.O., Intell and/or PCT/PSA/T.D. C.O., Desk Officer notifies:
Intelligence Bureau, CIS
Desk Officer identify all of members of platoon entering command for any reason, enter in:
Interrupted Patrol Log
Desk Officer certifies entries in Telephone Dispatch Log by signing it:
After 4th AND at EOT
Who ensures that the U.S. flag is displayed properly and between when?

- Loc. & time, 10-13/10-85s
- Open missings requiring follow up
- Hospitalized prisoners
- Fix posts requiring relief
- # of 61’s, TRI, PAR, pending sign-off
- Other pertinent info.
