Use caution, remove jewelry from yourself, power equipment down and unplug it from any outlets(portable equipment, remove the battery)

Lift with your legs and not your back, wear a back brace, use a cart, or ask for help
What is Electrostatic discharge (ESD) and how can it be a hazard to electronic computer components?
ESD is the flow of electricity from one electrically charged object to another and it is hazardous because it can ruin computer components
What is the material safety data sheet(MSDS)?
Provides information related to potential hazards and safety precautions within an organization
What are some ways you can make a good impression on a client?
Be early, Follow the dress code, Be culturally sensitive, Respect privacy, Use proper language, Avoid distractions
How should you respond to a difficult client situation?
Acknowledge, Clarify, Have a positive attitude, be attentive, set expectations for actions you plan to take, follow up on any questions, be kind and not judgemental
What is change management?
The method used to ensure that changes are implemented as smoothly and efficiently as possible

It will insulate PC components, trapping heat and shortening the life of your computer
