What are patient contextual factors?
Expectations - what do they expect with your treatment or medicine
- Nocebo - patient complains with adverse events were the same they were warned about on the label
Preference - patients desire information
- dont necessarily desire a role in clinical decision making process
What are the therapist contextual factors?
Clinical Equipoise - lack of preference or uncertainty for a treatment
