Punch snap kick
First defence
Outer forearm block, x fist pressing block, Punch
Second attack
Punch side kick
Second defence
Inner forearm block, outer forearm block knocking opponent to 45degrees. Elbow strike
Third attack
Snap kick , punch
Third defence
Low forearm block. Step back.side rising kick. step in knife hand side strike
Fourth attack
Side kick. Knife hand side strike
Fourth defence
(Note step back on the opposite foot) knife hand guarding block. Then knife hand side strike. Low section punch.
Fifth attack
Punch then snap kick.
Fifth defence
Double fore-fist block then scooping block to the 45 degree. Then upset punch
Sixth attack
High turning kick, then double forefist punch.
Sixth defence
Double forefist block then knife hand wedging block. Grab the head knee attack step back
