- The maximum dose can vary between patients therefore you must check and confirm MH (metabolism health) prior administrating LA

- hence if liver not working at 100%, then greater risk of reaching toxic blood levels
- The dose needs to be adjusted in:
- Children /elderly
- Patients with liver/ kidney disease
