A
It is the oldest method. Used to measure/analyse urine and plasma. And then comparing the quality and quantity.

Examination of the fluid composition of different sections of the kidney. It discovers the osmotic layers. A fine glass capillary and a microscope is used.

A
It is used when a kidney is intact. It is detected on the body surface. It measures the the isotop consentration in different areas of the kidney, which shows how the kidney functions.

It shows the blood supply in different areas. 1/4 of the hearts output goes through the kidney. One type is the doppler ultrasound.
