A
Stabilize if hypotensive
Complete abortion: follow for recurrent bleeding and infection. Send tissue to pathology to check for chromosome analysis
Incomplete: expectant management. D&C. Prostaglandins (Misoprostol) to induce cervical dilation, uterine contractions.
Rh (-): give mom RhoGAM to prevent isoimmunization
