Ability to control movement of the whole and change position quickly.
Speed
Rate of which an individual can cover a movement of range of distance.
Reaction Time
Time between the presentation and the onset of movement.
Balance
Keep the body stable, while at rest of in motion
Power
Ability to undertake strength performances quickly
Coordination
Ability to use two or more body parts together
Weight
Involves lifiting weights to increase the strength of muscles, using repetition and sets
Continuous
Aerobic exercising at a moderate to a high level with no rest.
Plyometric
Exercise where muscles use maximum force in short intervals of time.
Fartlek
a method of training for runners where the terrain and speed are constantly changing.
