A
Most litigants in Con Law are not permitted to assert the rights of others. But under 1st amen overbreadth, p is allowed to assert that the gov regulate violates the rights of persons not before the court.

A
A statute or regulation is unconstitutionally vague is a person of normal intelligence wouldn’t know whether the action in question was forbidden or not.
