We can not wait in jail(not prison)

What makes the 7th amendment and 6th different
The 7th is about money manly. Meanwhile, the 6th is mainly criminals.
8th Amendment
No cruel of unfair punishments
9th Amendment
States have rights to do what they want if the constitution allows it.
10th
Any power not granted by the federal government goes to the people.
