A
The did a Blockade,they stopped ships from getting into German ports,which meant no food or weapons got into Germany,this caused hunger.Army hot weaker and Germany stopped fighting to save civilians

A
They caused a German Surrender when they entered in war.America was stronger,it had more resources and a bigger army.German leaders thought they would loose so they stopped fighting
