What is a dumb working related injury
• Bench: Person gets rewarded an OSHA recordable for standing up from a bench and pulling a hamstring screaming in pain rolling across the whole mill. Doc Urich says it’s because you’re a fat monster so you’re on your own.
Walking and pulling a muscle. Its work related unless doctor proves otherwise.
What is all included in the workplace establishment?

How do I handle a case if it is not obvious whether the precipitating event or exposure occurred in the work environment or occurred away from work?

What is the recording criteria for blood
• Finishing break room lunch table: Is full of bags of blood some people get it on them, but their okay. Other get HIV or get cut on the corner of the table and are exposed of someone else’s blood.
If gets on you and you don’t get any diseases your fine. If you get a cut from an object with potential infectious Material it’s a recorder.
Do I count the day on which the injury occurred or the illness began?
• Stacker: stacking up panels is demolished by an elephant. GP had overnight shipping and got a new stacker the next day.

How do I count weekends, holidays, or other days the employee would not have worked anyway? Or becomes ill on a Friday and reports to work on a Monday, and was not scheduled to work on the weekend?
