A

This began with 10,000 people presenting petition for liberal reform to the Austrian governor general in Milan. Barricades are created with with anti Austrian forces on one side and Austrian troops on the other. Radetsky withdraw the forces to fortresses of the quadrilateral. Lombardy asks for an alliance with Piedmont to help to prevent Austrian backlash.
