Crispin and Moreman. They were members of the yorkist faction. The fact that the rebels supported them showed the rebels had a political motive as they were not in favour of the current succession under Edward VI but actually in favour of the Yorkist claim.

Not much of a threat, as they were situated in the west and therefore far from London so no direct threat to crown. The rebels did not talk of liberating the king from evil ministers, their hatred was more targeted at the ruling gentry who enclosed common land.
What is John Guy’s opinion on the 1549 rebellions?
They were the closest thing England faced to class war.
