Principal 1: It is illigal to access data stored on the computer unless you have permission to do so.
principal 2: It is illigal to acess data with the intenet to commit further illegal activity.
Principal 3: It it illigal to makle changes to data without permission. This includes installing viruses and malware.
Principal 4: Making, obtaining or distributing malware.

What are the principals of the Data Protection Act?
Principle 1: Personal data must be fairly and lawfully processed – only do things that they say they will do it.
Principle 2: Personal data must be obtained for specific and lawful purposes.
Principle 3: Personal data must be adequate, relevant and not excessive.
Principle 4: Personal data must be accurate and up to date. Users responsibility to tell the holder about the changes.
Principle 5: Personal data must be kept for no longer than is necessary.
Principle 6: Personal data must be processed in line with your rights.
Principle 7: Personal data must be held securely.
Principle 8: personal data must not be transferred to other countries outside of the EU.
