A

Lean synchronization can also be called the respect-for-humans system since it encourages involving all employees of the operation and empowering them. Their basic principles are; discipline, flexibility, equality, autonomy, development of personnel, quality of working environment and creativity. Furthermore, It also consists of a variety of tools and techniques for improving the operation’s performance continuously. In short; waste reduction, involving everyone and continuous improvement.
