- An individual’s freedom of opinions includes negative freedom of not being forced to communicate their opinions.
What does ‘freedom to communicate info and ideas’ include?
Includes the right to ‘offend, shock and disturb’.
Therefore freedom of expression extends beyond inoffensive material.
