- Remove white log page & fax (954) 447-7852 to MOC
- Call MOC to verify receipt of log page

fail/tread throw, brake ovrht, excessive turb/vibration, ENG fail/slush ingestion, tail/ENG impact, NLG overld/ STRG Angle exceeded, A/C leaving hard surface, flight thru dust/volcanic ash.
3. Prior to MX Ferry Flight
4. After Post MX flight
5. After A/C is weighed
Note: Airbus 1 Service Check does not require airworthiness release.
A NEW LOGBOOK PG RQRD:
- 3.1
- First flight each UTC (Z) day
- Change of captain
- Prior to any MX special flight
- After any MX action
- After a new airworthiness release is signed
OF LOGBOOKS REQ’D ON A/C:
- 3.2
- Current, Previous, & Spare.Note: If no spare= MX Watch Item.

Item numbers are the same as log page number, with a -1,-2,-3 at the end, for the amount of discrepancies. If discrepancies exceed log page, than start new log page & item #.
“INFO ONLY” LOGBOOK ITEMS:

Captain must notify MOC prior or upon arival of destination. Write “NOTED”, sign name & employee #, in the CORRECTIVE ACTIONS BLOCK on log page.

Time interval is specified in the remarks column of MEL.
MEL CATEGORY B:

Time interval is 3 consecutive calendar days excluding the day the malfunction was written up.

Time interval is 10 consecutive calendar days excluding the day the malfunction was written up.
MEL CATEGORY D:
14.5
Time interval is 120 consecutive calendar days excluding the day the malfunction was written up.
TRIPPED C/B REENGAGEMENT:
14.8
In flight, do not reengage a C/B that has tripped by itself, unless the Captain judges it necessary to do so for the safe continuation of the flight. This procedure should be adopted only as a last resort, and only one re-engagement should be attempted.
On the ground, do not reengage the C/B of the fuel pump(s) of any tank. For all other C/Bs, if the flight crew coordinates the action with maintenance, the flight crew may reengage a tripped C/B, provided that the cause of the tripped C/B is identified
