14 Solution of first order differential equations Flashcards

1
Q

-How do you go about solving a first order differential equation?

A
  • separate the variables to get dx and x on one side and dy and y on the other.
  • Then integrate both sides
  • Put constant of integration on one side.
  • If the rest are in log form then make the constant of integration a log
