Bleeding - PVB, discharge, LMP
Associated symptoms
Constitutional symptoms
Obs hx: parity, TOP, miscarriages
Gynae hx: MP, periods, sexual activity, hx STI, hx pelvic surgery

Ix for young woman with lower abdo pain

Lab

• Urine: dipstick, MSU (b-hCG)
• Bloods: FBC, U&E, LFT, CRP
• Swabs
• Smear if overdue

Imaging
- USS if unclear dx
