What is vasoconstriction?

A

Constriction of blood vessels which cause the blood pressure to increase. Also draws the blood to the core which keeps it warmer.

A

Vasodilation is when the blood vessels dilate causing the blood pressure to drop. It also helps to bring back the bodies temperature.
