Inspection Roles

A

Moderator: Lead, plans and coordinate the inspection.

Reader: Reads through the documents, one item at a time during the meeting. Other inspectors then point out defect.

Recorder/Scribe: Documents the defects that are found during the inspection.

Inspector: Examines the work product to identify possible defects.
