Psychotherapy / CBT

Mod to severe symptoms: combine CBT w/ pharmacotherapy (off-label used of SSRI), citalopram, escitalopram, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine. sertraline. SNRIs, avoid paroxetine because of short half life
