Competing initial skills training.
Journeyman (5) Level
Will continue to build upon the skill learned as an apprentice. They will do this with additional on-the-job training.
Craftsman (7) Level
Will fill various supervisory and management positions, such as shift Non-Commissioned Officer-In-Charge (NCOIC) supervisor and tasks certifier. They requires the supervisor and commander.
Superintendent (9) Level
Will fill positions such as Senior Enlisted Leader, Section Chief, Major Command and Staff positions.
AF Force Generation (AFFORGEN)
1- The force readiness and force generation mechanism are called AFFORGEN.
2- The construct model ensures a sustainable force offering Airmen and airpower to the Joint Forces.

To dictate the type and amount of personnel needed to initially establish and build a base.

Are planning, organization, directing and managing all logistics support activities.

Receiving, shipping, movement, storage and control of the property.
What are the responsibilities for the Logistics Readiness Squadron Commander (LRS/CC)
1- Command all personnel attached to the squadron.
2- Develop broad plans and policies
3- Ensure mission readiness, provide strategic planning.
4- Determine and pursue funding

Ensures quality petroleum products, cryogenic fluids, and missile propellants, and issued safely and efficiently.
Material Management
Is responsible for all retail material management functions of a base/location, such as stocking, storing, issuing, managing, inventorying and inspecting DoD supplies and equipment.

1- Flight Service Center (FSC), serves as the primary point of contact with units. Managing supply points, time-change.
2- Decentralized Material Support Element (DMS), coordinate maintenance and material management actions, manage supply transactions for their assigned.
Inspections Section
Is responsible for conductions limited inspector training to all personnel assigned material manager limited inspector duties.
