What is special in the Porterhouse steak?
It is a large size wise, as it it two steaks either side of the bone in the same cut.
What three steaks are in a porterhouse?
It’s a cut from the rear end of the short loin, the bone holds the tenderloin and strip cuts together creating the porterhouse.
How is set the porterhouse?
Is set with shallot marmalade, trumpet mushrooms and garlic confit. Comes with 3 sides (corn salad, pommes pure and zucchini.
