Rule #1
A subject will come before a phrase beginning with “of”
Rule #2
If a verb follows with “to” it is called infinitive verb and it is not the main verb.
Rule #3
A verb with “Or/Or Either,Or Neither,Nor sentences agrees with the noun or pronoun closest it.
Rule #4
In general rule, use a plural verb with two or more subject when they are connected with “AND”

The subject separated from the verb such as along with,as well as, and etc. these words and phrases are not part of the subject. ignore them and use singular verb when the subject is singular
