Lung: relieve disturbances like asthma, cough, sore throat, fever, aversion to cold, nasal congestion, headache, supraclavicular fossa/
chest/shoulder/back pain, and cold pain along the lung meridian.
Benefits of massaging the large intestine meridian?
Large Intestine: alleviate lower abdominal pain, wandering abdominal pain, rumbling intestines, loose stool, viscous yellow discharge, and possibly rapid panting respiration.
Benefits of massaging the stomach meridian?
Stomach: reduce high fever, malaria, red facial complexion, sweating, mania, delirious speech, manic agitation, aversion to cold, pain in the eyes, dry nose, nose bleeds, lip and mouth sores, sore larynx, swelling in the neck, deviated mouth, chest pain, abdominal swelling, redness/swelling in the lower limbs.
Benefits of massaging the spleen meridian?
Spleen: alleviate heaviness in the head, weak limbs, fever, pain in the posterior mandibular region of the lower cheek, abdominal bloating, motor impairment of the tongue, cold along the inside of the thigh and knee, or swelling of the legs and feet.
Benefits of massaging the heart meridian?
Heart: help reduce heart pain, fullness and pain in the chest, vexation, rapid breathing, discomfort in lying down, dizziness with fainting spells, and mental disorders.
Benefits of massaging the small intestine meridian?
Small Intestine: tinnitus, yellow sclera (eye whites), pain in the cheeks, sore pharynx, excessive flow of tears, stiffness in the neck, pan on the lateral aspect of the shoulder and upper arm.

Kidney: reduce lumbar pain, edema, cold legs, weak or aching legs, dry mouth, sore pharynx, pain in the lateral gluteal region, pain in the medial aspect of the thigh, and pain in the soles of the feet.

Pericardium: relief of stiffness in the neck, hyperflexion of the elbow, arm inhibiting movement, red facial complexion, eye pain, sub-auxiliary swelling and hot palms.

San Jiao: treat sore throat, pain in the cheeks, pain or dysfunction of the lateral aspect of the eyes, tinnitus, pain behind the ears/on the posterior aspect of the shoulder/arms down to little finger.

Gallbladder: alternating fever and chills, headache, malaria, dark facial complexion, eye pain, pain under the chin, submaxillary swelling, scrofula, deafness, and pain in the lateral aspect of the buttocks/thigh/knee/foot.
