  1. Feet SHOULDER WIDTH apart.
    Hands on your HIPS and tuck your ELBOWS in .
    Step forwards with your FRONT LEG and plant your foot FLAT on the floor.
  2. Raise the HEEL of your back foot so that only your TOES are touching the floor.

Both your HIPS and back HEEL should be STRAIGHT.
