Cell Leader directs the cell members. This is like the squad members of a country fighting at the first line. If the first line collapses, the country will perish. The duty of a Cell Leader is more fundamental and important than any other duty. Therefore, God, Jesus and the Chairman consider Cell Leaders very important and love them especially.

Cell Leader must inform their cell members of the works ordered by the Team Leader and District Leader. The works done within the cell group must be reported by the Cell Leader to the Department Leader through Team Leader and District Leader, and from the Department Leader to the Tribe Leader through General Director and the Church Leader. The works within the cell group must be done in a righteous and justice way.

The duty of a Cell Leader is like the duty of an Evangelist at a Mission Center. In order to fulfil one’s duty, the Cell Leader must direct cell members with necessary duties and report the results to the superior. If a member of their cell group falls out, the responsibility is on the Cell Leader, Team Leader and the District Leader.

Cell Leader needs to always breathe as one with (constantly engage with) their cell members, meet them whenever needed, and always be aware of the (members’) circumstances, situation, and state of faith accurately as their family.

In order to complete one’s duty to evangelize and to develop into an exemplary cell, all cell members must actively take part in NB educations, BB educations, and harvesting field educations, and must also always read and master the evangelism guidebook. Members shall evangelize at the harvesting fields chosen by the District Leader, and all cell groups shall work in unity, and lead the fruits to BBs and teach them.
What is the Twelfth Duty of a Cell Leader?
Should there be a cell group that does not fulfil their duties, the Head of the Department shall combine that cell group to a cell group that fulfils their duties and run the cell group as one.
What does it mean for a Cell Leader Not to fulfill these listed duties?
Cell Leader who does not fulfil above duties is like not keeping the promise, and is like the dead.
