Q

Two features of Russo-Japanese War?

A

It had a negative effect on the Tsar’s reputation as 5,000 men died during the war. Japan were meant to be a much weaker opponent and the Tsar received the blame for losing to them.
Another feature was the Russian ships had to travel 3,000 km and took 7 months until they got to the battle area. Upon arrival, Japan’s battleships were much more modernised and so were their tactics, unlike Russia’s, which is why they lost.
