They provide stored energy and found in bread, cereals and potatoes
what are Proteins for and where are they found?
To provide energy and help the body grow and repair and found in milk, eggs, meat and fish
what are fats for and where are they found?
To provide stored source of energy and found in butter, cheese, fried food and crisps
what are vitamins for?
To help bones, teeth and skin grow
What does vitamin A do and where is it found?
It helps you grow and develops night vision and found in vegetables, eggs and liver
What does vitamin D do and where is it found?
It develops strong bones and found in milk, fish, liver and eggs
What does vitamin C do and where is it found?
Develops gums, skin, immune system and connective tissue and found in citrus fruits.
