  1. each employee and management has signed a document prior to entering food handling areas that inform FP if they have been diagnosed with any of the food transmissible diseases (Noro virus, hep A, staph aureus, salmonella spp, shigella, e coli enterohemorrhagic) and shown any symptoms such as diarhhea, vomitting, jaundice, lesions/pus and sore throat within the last 60 days
  2. all employees and management are made aware of requirement to notify/report all future symptoms and medical diagnoses of food transmissible diseases.
