  • Underground telegraphy cables which accelerated business and trade.
  • Trade, in 1492 Columbus reached Americas and traded in raw materials from colonies.
  • Cooperation, since WW1 ended in 1918 there have been global military organisations.

  • Social - increasing migration.
  • Environmental - global agreements.

  • Shallow - LIC - Poorest people who are usually isolated from global influence.
  • MIC- Local people are still relied on for produce and have global culture differences.
  • Deep - HIC - Majority of people consume imported products.
