Christianity is a monotheistic religion because it teaches that there is only one eternal God.

Christians understand God to be personal. In the Bible God is shown to be in a relationship with people through prayer, visions and the presence of the Holy Spirit.

That he exists outside of space and time and is above all created things.

That he can do anything logically possible within his nature (all-powerful).
