What are the basic personnel requirements of a part 145?
Accountable manager, maintenance resource plan, control and competency of personnel, qualified personnel for jobs
What does MOE stand for?
Maintenance organisation exposition
What is a level 1 finding?
Lowers safety standard and seriously endangers flight safety
What is a level 2 finding?
May lower safety standard and may endanger flight safety
What is part M subpart F?
Requirements from organisation to meat continuing requirements of the approved maintenance
What is a CRS
Certificate of Release to Service

what responsibilities does the accountable manager have?

before the flight and at completion of any maintenance
