What are the symptoms of frostbite?
Hard limb, crystalized blood, dark color
What are the symptoms of hypothermia?
Core body temperature is to low, Shivering
What are the symptoms of shock?
Skin: Pale, cool, clammy skin,
Breathing: Rapid, shallow breathing or hyperventilation
Pulse: Rapid or weak pulse,
Mental status: Altered mental state, including confusion, sleepiness, reduced alertness and awareness, or anxiousness
What is the treatment for shock?
Lay patient on their back
Elevate feet 6-12 inches
Maintain normal body temperature
How do you treat an eye injury?
Secure the eye to ensure no further injury
Cover non affected eye
never remove foreign object from the eye
How do you treat a chest wound?
Chest seal
Cover wound and seal from sucking air
Check for exit wound
