0 PATHOGENESIS
1) Exposure to Allergens
2) Allergens bind to Fixed IgE on Mast Cells, causing DEGRANULATION of Mast Cells, and releasing Chemical Mediators (Histamines, Leukotrienes, Prostaglandins)
