PPD test, ≥5-mm induration is positive in

PPD test, ≥10 mm induration is positive in patients not meeting the above criteria but who have other risks, such as:
CHIC4
Conditions that increase the risk of progression to active disease (Silicosis, Diabetes, CA of head neck lung)
High-prevalence groups (Immigrants, Locals of high-risk areas, Long term care facility residents)
Injection drug users
Children <4 y/o

ascites
meningitis
new or worsening CNS lesions
hypercalcemia
